Jeffrey D. Swanson is a shareholder with the firm. Jeff's practice is concentrated in the representation of condominium, townhome and homeowners associations, focusing primarily upon association litigation and assessment collection matters. Jeff received his B.S. in Business Management from Northeastern Illinois University in 2004 and received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff worked as a trial attorney at a law firm handling insurance defense cases. Jeff is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowners Associations (ACTHA).
