Lindsey N. McFadden is an associate with the firm. Lindsey's practice is concentrated in the representation of condominium, townhome and homeowners associations. Lindsey received her B.A. in Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, in 2007 (graduating cum laude) and received her J.D. from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2011. Lindsey is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowners Associations (ACTHA).
