Paul Fosco
Founding Shareholder
Paul Fosco is a founding shareholder in the firm. Paul's practice is concentrated
in the representation of condominium, townhome and homeowners associations
and handling real estate, estate planning, corporate and business matters.
Paul has more than 25 years of experience in representing various individual,
commercial and institutional clients. Paul oversees quality control aspects
of the firm's community association assessment collection practice,
continually developing and improving the firm's processes and procedures.
Paul received his B.A. in Business Administration from DePaul University
in 1981 and his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 1985. Paul has
authored numerous articles found in various local and national publications
relating to real estate, mortgage lending laws in Illinois and federal
requirements under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
Paul is a founding and current member of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers
Association (IRELA) and is a member of ACA (American Collectors Association)
International.
