FRA NAMES JEFFREY D. SWANSON AS SHAREHOLDER
Fullett Swanson PC is pleased to announce that Jeffrey D. Swanson
has been named as a shareholder in our firm, effective January 2016. Jeff
will continue to handle litigation on behalf of the firm’s community
association clients, including covenant and rule enforcement cases, contested
assessment collection matters, defense of owner claims against associations,
fair housing disputes, developer litigation, prosecution and defense of
contract disputes and defense of building code violations. Jeff also will
maintain his central role in guiding other FRA litigation attorneys and
staff through the wide range of litigation needs of the firm’s community
association clients.
Jeff received his B.S. in Business Management from Northeastern Illinois
University in 2004 and received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School
in 2007. Jeff is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI)
and the Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowners Associations (ACTHA).
FRA concentrates its practice in the representation of condominium, townhome,
homeowners and master associations and housing cooperatives. FRA provides
